REFUND/ RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
No Question Ask Return Policy, We know return happens. SSVS is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, return the product at the time of delivery. As our products are perishable in nature so at the time of delivery you can check the goods and if you are not satisfied with our goods you can return it at the same time. Once the delivery person has gone after delivering the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds of payment will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us at the time of delivery if you need an exchange for the same products by calling us on the helpline number or send us an email at ssvsmurugan@gmail.com . We will send you the replacement of that product on our next delivery to your area. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ssvsmurugan@gmail.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Offer Sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation by Site/customer:
You can cancel your order anytime up to the cut off time, that is by 48 Hours before the day of delivery from saaragroups.com. In such cases we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Refunds of payment will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which deviate terms and conditions of using the websites, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and customers any reserve the right to deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
